Leaders in Gender Equity

Certified-level employers have demonstrated a commitment to creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces. They have earned the points required for certification and have formal policies and practices in place across all six categories: recruitment and interviewing practices, work-life support, professional development, equal pay for equal or comparable work, leadership and decision-making, and organizational culture. In addition, they have developed action plans that include 2-year and 4-year gender equity goals.
