Gold : Elevate

Gold-level employers have established a comprehensive framework of policies and practices that promote equity, which are implemented effectively across the organization. Minimum survey scores have been met by all staff and each demographic subgroup comprising of at least 5 employees. At least 12 weeks of fully paid parental or caregiver leave is provided to regular employees of all genders. A pay equity audit has been conducted and no unexplained disparities have been found. Action plans include 6-month and 2-year equity goals.


Silver : Empower

Silver-level employers have established a solid framework of policies and practices that promote equity, which are implemented well across the organization. Minimum survey scores have been met by all staff and each demographic subgroup comprising of at least 5 employees.
